In business since 2001 we do things right! Our Salons started during the Standup Tanning Booth craze. At a time when sessions were up to 30 minutes in length, our high-powered standups took only 8 minutes per session. At the same time, Spray Tanning booths were invented with much fanfare. We came onto the scene and DOMINATED.
As laydown beds improved we quickly added High End and VERY expensive Beds to round out the equipment lineup at our solarium.

After more than a decade as a tanning salon, we felt that it was time to add a new Beauty service. In 2013, we built the Clifton NJ location "from the ground up" to accommodate beauty services with a large and upscale buildout. We wanted clients to feel comfortable even with personal services like Manzilian and Brazilian Waxing. The $210,000 build that went into the Clifton salon included a gorgeous Lobby with a floating ceiling, a stunning rockscape, mosaic porcelain tile vestibule, and Spacious Upscale Waxing Rooms eclipsing small franchise waxing center rooms you may be used to. Waxing has eventually larger part of the business than Tanning.
We searched for the best wax and found a Spanish supplier offering an amazing hard wax. Our experienced technicians raved at how well it removed fine and thin hair and how it did not cause bumps or redness even from sensitive areas like the Bikini area!
In 2013 our Clifton Salon introduced waxing. We quickly found ourselves drawing clients throughout Passaic County because our salon was already established as a regional player in the tanning industry. Being on the main thoroughfare of US Hwy 46 West made us accessible to Upper Montclair, Little Falls and Woodland Park.
We found that our full service waxing (especially Women's Brazilian) was in high demand but also overpriced at local salons. Similarly, we were able to offer lower prices for Leg, Bikini, eyebrow , and underarm waxing. Pricing makes a difference.
The next year waxing was introduced at our Hawthorne salon in Bergen County. At 4600 sq. ft and is located on Goffle Road, a major corridor leading to Wyckoff and Midland Park. Our Hawthorne Tanning Salon was immediately able to draw clients the area as Goffle Road leads to Haledon while Route 208 leads to Fairlawn, Franklin Lakes, and Oakland. Our waxing services were an immediate success.
